Each piece comes on a beautiful 14k gold plated or 925 sterling silver plated paperclip chain. 

How to design:
In the notes section of your order, write your charms in the order you would like them from left to right. Eg: "26, 667, 55, 343, 16". If you are ordering more than 1 piece, ensure to specify which piece you are providing the order for: EG. "gold bracelet with 7 charms - 696, 104, 55, 78, 376, 557, 3. Silver bracelet with 3 charms - 4, 77, 633". 

Your new custom charm jewelry will arrive in a beautiful 100% cotton bag that can be used to store your new jewelry or for whatever you’d like (we use ours as a mini makeup bag!) 

Necklace length: 16 inch with 2 inch extender
Bracelet length: 7 inch with 1 inch extender 
** please make a note in the personalization section if you’d like your chain a different length! (additional fee may apply for adding large amounts of chain)

Please follow the care instructions to keep your piece beautiful, shiny, and looking like new! 
• store your jewelry in a cool, dry place 
• do not get any lotions, body oils, perfumes etc on your piece of jewelry to prevent any corrosion 
• take off your jewelry before going in any water including showers, pools, baths, hot tubs, hot springs etc
• clean your piece after wear with a soft microfiber cloth
